Gudmundur Ebenezer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lifekeys. A clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience, he has worked extensively with mental health, resilience, leadership development and organizational psychology across both public and private sectors.

Gudmundur founded Lifekeys in 2017 with a vision of making psychological expertise, personal development and professional support more accessible through technology. Since then, he has led the development of Lifekeys into a platform that combines psychology, digital innovation and practical tools to support individuals, teams and organizations.

In addition to leading the company's strategy and product vision, Gudmundur works closely with customers, partners and organizations to help strengthen resilience, leadership capability and workforce development. His experience includes supporting organizations through both everyday challenges and more demanding situations requiring psychological expertise, critical incident support and organizational guidance.
